Adrian Pepper

Adrian is one of the UK’s most trusted corporate communications advisors. He has a unique blend of brand marketing, public affairs and campaigning experience, after seventeen years of working with leading politicians and companies.

He specialises in giving high level strategic advice to businesses, professional and political organisations whose reputations depend on the perceptions of politicians, pressure groups, investors, regulators or the media. He has devised communications strategies and run campaigns for clients in a wide range of sectors, including for governments, presidents and opposition leaders in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, as well as senior executives of major UK and multinational companies.

Adrian began his career as a speechwriter in Parliament, followed by spells at Conservative Party headquarters and Whitehall where he was a Cabinet Ministerial adviser. After seven years as a senior consultant at Chime Communications, Adrian founded Pepper Media in 2002 which became part of Crosby|Textor in 2007.

Adrian has also found time to complete assignments for non-profit campaigning bodies such as the Westminster Foundation for Democracy and think tanks such as the China Institute for Reform and Development, the Free Market Foundation for Southern Africa, the Adam Smith institute and the Globalisation Institute.

He is the author of many publications on public policy, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and holds a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children, playing golf and skiing.
